Gleephoria has always been honest about our products and presents them as closely as possible to what is shown. Sometimes, accidents happen, and although we rigorously test our products and check their quality before selling them to their respective buyer, it is still possible for them to get damaged while shipping them to you. In such cases, we accept all liability, try our best to solve the problem, and make it as fast and hassle-free as possible.

We only accept returns or refunds where the product supplied is in a damaged condition. If you received a damaged item, please get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours after receiving the package. However, we will not be able to accept requests after this time.

To make this easier, we suggest you create an unboxing video whenever you open a package. This means we can see what product you’ve got, making the refund process faster. If you cannot shoot a video, it’s not a problem. We will still gladly consider your request and help you solve the problem. In most cases, though, you can get a full refund if you’ve shot the unboxing video.

On occasion, we request that you return the product. If so, please return it as it should be with its tags and packaging and in such condition that it is unused. After reaching out for the returned product and confirming that it was well received without much damage or was received in bad condition as per the consumer’s complaint, we shall decide whether to replace the product or issue a refund.

To initiate the return or refund process, please write to info@gleephoria.in or call/WhatsApp at 8920820210. Once you confirm an issue and approve your return request, we shall explain how to proceed. Please note that items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

At Gleephoria, we do everything possible to deliver your orders quickly, depending on our logistics and ensuring that the products are well packaged. We use the best packaging material to ensure your order remains safe during shipping.

For online orders, it takes us 48 hours to process them after confirming your payment. It may take us 3-5 working days to deliver, depending on your location. The delivery dates stated herein are based on business days and do not include Sundays and public holidays.

To achieve complete and safe delivery on or before the deadline, we tie up with the most popular courier partners like FedEx, Xpress Bees, Delhivery or any other logistics company depending on the delivery location. These companies enjoy a reputation of being fast and safe in their delivery services. If any of these companies do not serve your PIN code, we will try to dispatch your order through the government-registered Indian Post. But please note that this service might delay the delivery, and we cannot guarantee how and when your order will be delivered.

Shipping Charges

For orders placed within India, the shipping charges are as follows:

– For prepaid orders: Free Delivery.
– For cash on delivery (COD) orders: Free Delivery.

Estimated Delivery Times from the Dispatch Date:

– For Delhi-NCR, Noida, Ghaziabad 3-4 working days.
– For the rest of India: 4-7 working days.
